Zain Pain

My dad was totally pissed at STC and Sawa people a year back tht he just stopped using his Sawa SIM and wanted to get a new one. So I suggested to check out Zain. The only place where we'd seen it then was Extra. So we went there one day and filled up a form to get a prepaid SIM and as usual the Saudi dude there took some time so that he could handle the Saudi customers first. [In India, if you enter a 5-STAR Hotel their service goes - foreigners/Celebrities/millionaires/famous people first, Politicians next, then NRIs and then the rest who can afford to come there. If we followed the Saudi policy, we'd get some RESPECT from others....i h8 the bloody Indian mentality.]
 So the people before us got their things sorted and then finally it was our turn and they did some registration stuff on the computer. They told us to wait for half an hour so that the computer thingy will get done. So we roamed the mall [like a typical Indian we window shopped] and came around, they said that its not gonna get done today. So my dad told him to cancel it coz it was 10 already and they'd to shut it and go home. So the guy took our form and kept it in some drawer. That was he end of it and Zain never came into any topic of discussion ever after tht.
Till Today that is.
Today my dad showed me a bill that was directed to my dad's credit card from Zain. It showed that the total usage cost was SR 3067.67 plus unbilled SR 45. Many things became an issue here:
1, We canceled the SIM card.
2, We didn't actually GET the SIM card.
3, We had asked for a PREPAID one. So billing was not even supposed to happen.
4, The bill came AFTER a year.
5, We'd actually waited for nearly an hour that day resulting in THIS event.

So Lessons Learnt today
1) The Saudi policy of self service first was a good one for establishing a better economy and social behavior among this ever-fighting tribal country of Saudi Arabia. It surely didn't have any effect of their effectiveness and they surely have to work on their universal service department with a lot of stress on speeding up their service.
2) India does concentrate on serving other people a lot. For ex, all hotels, petrol stations, offices, hospitals, shops, malls, etc have mostly staff from India. Now look at India, in the above mentioned places, you rarely find the same people working there. These jobs are open to all, but nobody wants to do it coz they dont wanna serve their people. No, that would be a form of Social Suicide.
3) If mistakes from these two varieties of people are not repeated, we could make our places be half as good as China. I mean look at them, all they do is sell fakes and look how their country look!
4) Saudi's will always be lazy brainless pieces of shit and Indians will always try their best at being the dogs of White people.

Scientists have taken up this stupid craving to disprove Christians by linking monkey to homo sapiens. They've done it again. They found yet another fossil that is supposed to be the missing link. Like anybody cares....As long as the Christians are disproved totally........[yeah I'm prejudiced....If They can be racist then I definitely have the right to be prejudiced!] Up yours Benjamin :P
