I know the last line of my last post was a bit corny but it had to be said and the title now is corny as well but who cares, What I’m about to post is awesome.
My Brother’s going to Malaysia and the university asked for a medical report of my brother which includes what all vaccines he’s taken, allergic to any medicines’, blood group etc. Okay the problem began with the Blood group. Before the Blood test the guy asked what’s my brother’s blood group and my mom shows that it is O+{the report was really old so I guess it was of when my brother was born}. 3 days later, yesterday, my brother goes for the report {with his friends} when the guy says it’s O-. My brother immediately calls home and my mom is baffled {not about the fact that the blood group mysteriously changed but the fact that if in case my brother needs blood he cannot get it immediately}, she tells my brother to give the phone to the Lab technician and tells him to recheck. O- again. My mom’s now furious; my brother calms her and tells we’ll check somewhere else. Mom tells Dad they both think the lab guy made a mistake and we have the blood group of my brother since he was born and it is O+. Now I have the habit of imagining the most improbable of situations {like our argument against Ben} and I thought what if the guy now is correct and the guy in India {who checked the blood group then} was wrong, I mean now we are more advanced and in Saudi Arabia and then it was India….We left the house around 10pm {not the best time to leave I know but still} to Dossary Hospital {everyone there knows my mom trust me everyone} and check my brothers blood group again {I was sitting in the car playing on cell}. My brother comes inside and says, “Like mom thought, it was O+ {thank goodness}……..NOT!!!!!!!!{worst time to use a not joke, I mean seriously……wait a sec} yeah the doctor here confirmed that it is O- and I said to mom may be it happened cuz I drank too many Mountain Dew’s…well anyways Mom is still arguing about it” {My time to shine} Sam,“ Maybe the guy in India was wrong when he first checked your blood group and the people now are correct and you’ve been living the past 20 years with a mistake” Sab{my bro} “Wow that makes more sense” Sam “you think{with a raised eyebrow}” Sab “ Fine I’ll go tell Mom”. My mom comes back and scolds me for not saying that earlier {the hell…how’s that my fault}. But then I started thinking, this means that my parents were heterogeneously O+ and the 25% chance of a child to have both recessive O- was conquered {my brother} and the 25% chance of a child to have brownis red hair{This chance is lower in Asians and African} was also conquered {this is me}. In the end My Parents Rock.
